As a growing company, our efforts are very hands on and personalized. To ensure you are provided with the best servicing, we have enforced specialized policies to ensure a smooth process on both ends. We care about you, and want you to be completely satisfied no matter what. If for any reason, we have not fulfilled your utmost happiest of dreams and tasks, please contact us. 

Refunds

All hourly rates and packages are redeemable for usage of any service, and expire a year from purchase. A full refund will be issued for bookings cancelled 48 hours and over. Any cancellations made under the 48 hour deadline, will be charged as noted below.

Gift cards, certificates, service hours, and packages (considered ‘passes’) are available, and may be purchased in advance. If for any reason you would like to request a refund on a pass, you may do so within 7 days of purchase. Any bookings scheduled prior to refund requests, will also be cancelled.

Refunds may take up to 10 business days, for debit and credit, and up to 30 business days for all alternative methods. If it gets to a point where you have leftover credits after the refund deadline- they can be converted for use towards full range service packages, not limited to hourly servicing.

Cancellations 

We understand that things come up and life is crazy, but require a 48 hour advance notice of cancellation periodt.

For bookings requiring 9 hours of service or less, appointments cancelled after this deadline, are subject to a $15 late cancellation fee. No shows are subject to a $30 fee.

For bookings requiring 10 hours of service or more, appointments cancelled after this deadline, are subject to a $15 late cancellation fee + 25% of the initial booking amount. No shows are subject to a $30 fee + 50% of the initial booking amount.

A booking is considered a late cancellation, when a client has requested a cancellation or rescheduling after the standard cancellation period, up until the first 15 minutes after the actual booking. A booking is considered a no show, when a client is unable to be reached, and/or has not made any type of contact within the first 15 minutes after the actual booking.

Clients may reschedule after deadlines, but will still be held accountable for any fees. Repetitive late cancellations may end with additional penalties, including removal from our platform. There may be occurrences where we will have to step in to cancel or reschedule, in the case of calendar conflicts, security, etcetera. In those cases, the client will be fully refunded. Please let us know if you will be needing a raincheck for a better time, and we are happy to reschedule.

Scheduling

Scheduling times start at a minimum of one hour, and will be charged at the rate of one hour. As a special opening beta feature, all bookings are currently able to be scheduled with up to three services at a time, for the same base rate. This offer varies for Pet Services, and is subject to additional add on costs. There may be services that are unable to be fulfilled collectively- depending on providers, timing, availability, service load, etcetera. In that case, a notification will be sent out to reselect or cancel. 

Though we try our best to efficiently complete all tasks requested, completion will vary and be dependent on the amount of time the client has scheduled. Please be sure to set aside and schedule an appropriate time frame, for your booking. All service and extension requests, will generally be dependent on kavi (service provider) availability. We are more than glad to consult and assist, with finding suitable timing and budget solutions for your needs. We recommend contacting us in advance, for large projects and requests.

We work with both individuals and businesses

Many of our services and features are currently in beta, and being tested for things like demand and effectiveness. Scheduling for these services may be limited, and are subject to being completely removed in the future. Feel free to reach out if there are any unlisted services or pricing plans you are interested in, and we will do our best to assist.
